What is Ekassa?
Ekassa is an online investment platform which offers you the ability to invest in different types of P2P consumer loan.
What is P2P investing?
P2P investing stands for peer-to-peer or person-to-person investing. One private individual (the investor) places funds in one or more consumer loans taken by another private individual (the borrower).
What are Ekassa’s charges?
Investing through the Ekassa platform is free of any charges for standard investment activities, and there are no hidden fees.
Who can invest with Ekassa?
Investing with Ekassa is open to any EU resident who is at least 18 years old with a bank account.
I am not an EU resident. Can I invest with Ekassa?
Investing with Ekassa is currently only available to EU residents.
Can legal entities invest with Ekassa?
This option is not available at the moment, but is being implemented.
Which information do I need to register?
To register with Ekassa simply enter your name, phone number and a valid email address.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password in Profile settings.
How do I change my personal data?
Personal data can be changed in Profile settings
How do I prove my identity?
To prove your identity go to Profile settings and upload a scan of your identification documents (passport or national ID card).
Which documents are acceptable to prove my identity?
Your passport or national identification (ID) card are acceptable.
Why do I have to prove my identity?
Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament requires Ekassa to verify the identity of any person intending to use the platform’s services.
